All items will be ready to ship out within 1-5 working days from our studio in China

The order will be shipped to the address provided on our website's checkout unless specified otherwise.

Shipping to U.S ==> door-to-door 5-14 working days. Free shipping over US$69, less than US$69, standard shipping charge will be US$4.99

Shipping to Canada ==> door-to-door 7-15 working days.Free shipping over US$129.99, less than US$129.99, standard shipping charge will be US$12.99.

Shipping to Europe ==> door-to-door 7-15 working days. Free shipping over US$119, less than US$119, standard shipping charge will be US$11.99

Shipping to Australia/New Zealand ==> door-to-door 5-14 working days. Free shipping over US$69, less than US$69, standard shipping charge will be US$9.99

Shipping to Asia ==> door-to-door 5-14 working days. Free shipping over US$69, less than US$69, standard shipping charge will be US$7.99

Shipping to ROTW ==> priority airmail 7-20 working days.

We ship everything with priority airmail that doesn't require a signature, if you wish to sign once receiving your order please choose express shipping.

Express Shipping - Signature required

Shipping to most countries ==> 8 working days.

Important Notices

**Please note that we are doing our best to make sure you will not have to pay taxes once receiving your order, but from time to time in the UK, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Portugal, Greece, Czech Republic and Denmark you might be required to pay customs tax depending on your country's policy.

**Shipping to Brazil, Mexico, New-Zealand and the Philippines - please note that the local post often fails to update the tracking information, and there might be significant delays in delivery. If ordering to these countries, please be patient - it might take longer, but it will get to you.

**For any delays or issues with tracking or delivery, please contact your local post service as soon as possible with the tracking number sent in the shipping confirmation email. If needed, please contact our customer service and we will do our best to help. 

**If your order exceeds 2 Kg we will send it in two separate shipments (both free!). You will receive a notification with two order numbers, and separate tracking information.

RETURNS:

*No returns, refunds or exchanges on Sale/outlet Items.
Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your item and we will do our best to work it out.

We take great pride in our work and we hope that you love the items we make for you. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason simply notify us by email, send the piece back to us in new/unused condition within 30 days from receipt of your purchase and we will refund the purchase price.

Note, however, that we will not refund the cost of shipping back.
