Q: What material is our products made of?

A: 90% of our products are made up of 100% vegan leather or nylon/canvas etc. Few of them made with split cowhide leather.  

Q: What is Vegan leather?

A: Vegan leather or leatherette is a synthetic material which does not use any animal skin. It is artificially manufactured and does not harm any animals in the process. You can read more about vegan leather on the PeTA website.

 

Q: What is the general delivery time for the products?

A: The exact delivery time will be based on the shipping area and the selected shipping way. Generally we have Standard Shipping & Expediated Shipping, both of them are trackable.

Standard shipping takes about 20-40 days

Expediated shipping takes about 7-15 days

 

Q: My bag or wallet might get dirty. In such a case, what can I do?

A: In case of light strains, you can clean the fabric part by taking a wet cloth and wiping the fabric. For the vegan leather part, wipe the strain off using cotton soaked in any oil, like coconut oil. Do not clean the fabric with oil or any other chemical. Heavy strains are tough to clean. 

Please take care when using your handbags or accessories with any lighter color clothing or darker colored denim as there may be transferring of the dye either on your clothing or your bag itself. We cannot accept responsibility for this. If it so occurs.

We would recommend keeping your handbag or accessory out of any direct sunlight if possible as this can sometimes lead to the colour fading, as well keeping it away from extreme hot and cold climates as it could possibly cause the leather to dry out and begin to crack.
If you find you and your handbag or accessory getting caught in the rain, we suggest that you wipe away any watermarks and allow your bag to dry naturally.

Q: What do you mean by water resistant?

A: Water resistant means the bag has an inner lining which helps slow down the penetration of the water inside the bag, thus saving the items inside the bag from getting wet. The bag can withstand slight rains and can hold water from seeping in for some time, but prolonged exposure to rain or water will result in water getting inside the bag.

 

Q: When will my order be processed?

A: All orders are handled and shipped out from our many warehouses around the world. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

 

Q: How much does the delivery cost and how long does it take?

A: Normally takes 7 to 14 days, but due the extreme demand of our products we are proceeding somewhat slow with them and the time shipping can be extended to 20-40 days until you receive it at your door ... So buy yours as soon as possible.

 

Question: Are colors the same as shown on website?

A: We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products online. However, since the actual color you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

 

Q: Are sizes of bag accurate?

A: As the size is measured by hand, pls allow 1-3cm tolerance.

 

Q: An article out will be available again at another time?

A: Because returns, exhausted merchandise is available again after a short time. However, it is impossible to predict availability. Pls check out site constantly to see if it’s available.

 

Q: I've ordered a bag, is there anyway I can track my order?

A: Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information in so you are able to track your order progress. If you haven't yet received your shipping confirmation and would like an update, please contact our customer care team who will be able to help.

Q: Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

A: All of our handbag orders come with a dust bag and a polybag. On occasion, we can include a special little note from the founder for birthday's or special events! We are very proud to say that all of our packaging is fully recyclable, as we continue to strive to make our brand as eco-friendly as possible.

 

Q: How do I change my delivery address?

A: Please let our customer care team know as soon as possible, as they will be able to amend this for you. Note, we are unable to change your address if you have already received a shipping notification.

 

Q: How can I amend my order?

 A: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to amend anything such as colour if your order has already been dispatched.

Q: Why have only received part of my order?
