RETURNS

Please advise us by email of your return within 30 days of receiving the item at sales@pikobag.com.

 

Our policy lasts 30 days from your receipt of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, please note we will take into account delivery times. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns must be made by trackable courier service and prepaid with the carrier of your choice.

  

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Orders Cannot be cancelled after goods have been sent to you. If you process an order in error please contact us  at sales@pikobag.com within 24 hours before goods sent out.

 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order at sales@pikobag.com . Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If your item is faulty or incorrect we will do our best to replace the item and refund you the cost of returning the item and cover all shipping costs incurred in replacing the item.

If we are unable to replace your faulty or incorrect items, we will refund the purchased price as well as any shipping costs. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of receiving the item.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after returning your item, first check your bank account.  If you have done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@pikobag.com . Please note, depending on the credit card company/issuing bank, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

 

PROMOTIONS

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion policy at the time of the discount, full price items purchased online with a promotional discount are eligible for return as long as they fall within our regular return criteria stated above. Return amount will be based on your final payment amount with discount deducted not the original prices

 

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

  

SHIPPING

Your orders will be shipped via tracked courier services. Product weight (either cubic weight or gross weight) less than 2kgs, we’ll choose China Post Airmail which will need 20-30 working days to arrive you.

Product weight more than 2kgs, we will choose the appropriate carrier like

Should you require to return your item -You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs unless it is Faulty or Incorrect. This must be done via a tracked courier service.

 

CUSTOM DUTY

In consideration of our customers’ benefit, we’re forced to ship your order by regular mail unless otherwise agreed by both parties. However Custom Duty is out of our control, we can’t guarantee no tax charge and will not bear any tax charge. Sincerely apologize for any inconvenience may cause you.
